Quanda served as an Officer on the National Board of Directors as the National Secretary for four years. On the National level she was elected at the 2021 Biennial Conference as the Second Vice President of Finance and Fund Development. She also served as the Phenomenal Women Gala Chairperson for two years. She has served as the Correspondence Secretary, member of the Membership, Education, Finance, Bylaws and Fundraising Committees. She was elected Chapter President of the chapter (2019-2021), and currently serves as the Immediate Past President and on the Executive Board. Quanda Baker is a Chartering member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Richmond Metropolitan Area Chapter and has been an active member for six years. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Systems from Albany State University, Albany, Georgia and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University Maryland Global College, Annapolis, Maryland. In addition, she has served as Associate Vice President of Institutional Advancement, Director of Alumni Relations, Program Director of Title III Programs, Director of Development and the Director of Annual Giving. Her Advancement experience includes alumni relations, special events, development planning, campaign planning, strategic planning, annual fund, planned giving, campaign management and advancement services. More specifically, she has 20 years of extensive and relevant experience in both public and private institutions as an advancement professional. She has 25+ years of higher education professional experience. Quanda Baker currently serves as Director of Administration at Clearview Counseling Services, Inc., in Richmond, Virginia.
